Join an exclusive, high-impact workshop designed to align stakeholders, define strategic objectives, and accelerate the implementation of AI-driven initiatives in Latvia.
Co-hosted by RTU Riga Business School and the Latvian IT Cluster, as part of their joint initiatives – AI Studio and LIFT – within the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH), together with LMT and the Higher Education and Science IT Shared Service Centre (VPC), this session brings together decision-makers from across sectors to co-create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Latvia’s AI and digital future.

What to Expect:
- Focused lightning talks from Aiga Irmeja, Ņikita Kazakevičs, Jānis Grēviņš sharing insights and perspectives
- A collaborative “event-storming” workshop, led by systems integration expert Dr. Ulrich Norbisrath (University of Tartu), to explore opportunities and barriers in AI adoption
- Development of SMART-aligned goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) for AI deployment over the next 12 months
- Identification of cross-sector initiatives that can demonstrate impact and establish best practices
