AI AND THE FUTURE OF WORK

AI AND THE FUTURE OF WORK

Presentation and discussion on how AI is reshaping the world of work

Artificial intelligence is redefining how people and machines collaborate, transforming tasks, skills, and the very nature of work itself. As these changes accelerate, education becomes essential in preparing the next generation to thrive in an AI-driven world.

In this session, Kathleen D. Kennedy, Senior Director at MIT Horizon and Executive Director at the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, will share how the Center is developing an ontology of work – a structured map showing how tasks and skills evolve with AI and how the Supermind Design framework is helping organizations become more adaptive and intelligent.

The presentation will be followed by a discussion on how these global insights can inspire local action and innovation.

Date: November 5
Time: 16:30–17:30
Location: AI Studio, RTU Riga Business School, Kipsalas Street 6
